3-2 Purpose
The bumper switch is not used arbitrarily but is used as a light sensorIn the event of an accidental collision with a nearly secondary switch or rectangular area, the primary switchIt also acts as a working system.
3-3. Structure
The structure looks simple but complicated to make depending on the components. Cover, shock absorber, tape switch, frame lead wire, etc.
(1)Cover
In general, Vinyl Raja (artificial leather) is used, but if special leather, urethane, flame retardant material,Neoprene is used as such.In the case of vinyl reja, it is used in black (usually t = 0.8-1.2 mm) for standard products.Consultation is necessary because there are many kinds of special cases.
(2) Shock Absorbers

(3) Tape switches
Made using Tapeswitch's C-Switch (see Tape Switch)It is manufactured using Model 102-B according to usage.
(4)Frame
Normally, aluminum (4 mm) is used but it can be changed according to length.
(5)Lead wire
In general, we are using ROVV 4Cx0.2SQ (4-wire) ROVV 2Cx0.2SQ (2-wire).

1).Rear sensor 2 wire
Shock absorber rear Actuide (PC) The sensor is attached to the rear part of the sensor. Sensitivity is set at the time of manufacture.
(2)Rear sensor bidirectional 4 wire
The sensor is connected bidirectionally to the back of the shock absorber rear actuator (PC)Direction. (Sensing sensitivity is produced according to customer's request.)
(3)Back sensor one direction 4 wire
This is the method that our company manufactures most, and it can simplify the wiring by protecting sensor and unidirectional lead wire.
