1-9.Installing the tape switch

The switch kit "mold terminal" can be used easily. Here is how to use it.

1). Cutting tape switch.

Cut the tape switch to make it flat so that no residue is left on the switch.

2). Expansion of upper and lower devices

Extend upper and lower elements using nail knives and knives

3). Insert the connector.

Insert the lead wire connector (live) between the upper and lower elements.

4). Put an insulator.

On the terminal connector side, turn on a 10 mm × 10 mm insulator (mylar: accessory). Tester and buzzer Check on-off status

5).If you apply sealant

Apply sealant as shown. Lead wire side and tape switch end to about 13mm position Click Terminal. Clean the wrong sealant.
Apply sealant to the wire outlet.

6).complete

Can be used if the seal is dry.
※ Tape switches related to industrial and human safety are installed at terminal Please use one.
